• Arranging of all necessary formalities for both arrival and departure as in port, so at roads

• Drafting/issuing of documents, Bills of lading, Cargo plans, Manifests

• Assistance to ship’s crew in negotiating with port administration, stevedoring companies and other port service providers

• Organization of cargo handling works and control for the performance

• Ordering of supplies and bunkers

• Ordering and arranging of any repair works on board

• Providing due support to Principal, protecting of Principal’s interests in any disputes settlement and performing of other orders relating to ships call to the port in question
